ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT
Carson Creek Village is a proposed land development project at the central crossroads of the El Dorado Hills Business Park and immediately adjacent to the communities of Blackstone to the East and Heritage to the Southwest. Carson Creek Village will introduce a variety of land uses and community amenities to the business park, including diverse housing options, convenient access to commercial services, outdoor recreational areas, and a network of paths, sidewalks, and roadways.
